Parent Coaching Skills Group

Join our Parent Coaching Skills Group and transform the way you support your family. In this 120-minute monthly session, you'll gain practical DBT skills and actionable steps tailored to address your unique family dynamics. Each month, you'll explore new skills to manage emotions, communicate effectively, and strengthen relationships, all in a supportive, collaborative environment. Our groups are designed with your immediate needs in mind. That is why our sessions are structured to not only introduce you to these practical skills but also provide you with hands-on experience in applying them to your daily family interactions.

During each group meeting, you’ll first learn about a new skill that is carefully selected to meet your needs as a parent. The skill is broken down into actionable steps, making it easy for you to understand and implement. You’ll then have the opportunity to bring a real-life family situation or challenge you’re facing to the group. Together, with feedback and discussion from fellow parents and group leaders, you’ll develop a tailored skill plan to address your specific issue right away. This combination of learning and immediate application ensures that you leave each session empowered and ready to make positive changes.

This isn't just another parenting program—it's a chance to get hands-on with real-life challenges and create a personalized action plan to make meaningful changes in your family life. Experience the difference of a group designed to empower you with practical tools and connect you with other parents on the same journey. Sign up today and take the first step towards a more fulfilling and harmonious family experience.
